The yield of 2.5 dozen cookies was absolutely correct but they seem to need more butter because they don't spread while baking and turn out rather dry, to me. The flavor of the blueberry infused dried craisins does not come through at all. I use friends as guinea pigs to test new cookie recipes that I try, and am delivering these today for the verdict. The good news is that I have lots of craisins left over and there are a lot of Ocean Spray cookie recipes that I can try to use them up!
